vinyls are a teenage girl's best friend?

ASDA, Tesco, Sainsburys, even Poundland: They all sell Cd's.
Cd's aren't just a disk of music loaded onto them, they are the pinnacle of memories. Your first Cd, the Cd that got you through heartbreak (aka knowing that you will never go out with a member of Busted when you was 7) and the Cd that meant the most to you...we all share that experience!

But seriously who can afford £10 every time a new Cd comes out? Who can spend 1 hour max putting it onto your phone? Yes you could downloaded for a small price (argggg piracy) but then you don't have the shinny Cd cover or little booklet that means nothing but we all keep them.

So i decided to change, still i will listen to Cd's and my ipod but vinyls...they are something different. Imagine having to put on the needle to make Liam Gallagher's voice come alive? Or hearing the little cracking noise over The Beatles "Can't Buy Me Love"?

Vinyl players cost from £30 to £300 and you could have a massive wooden player or a flowery pattern or even a fold up player! Yesterday i went into a charity shop and they were selling The Beatles "A Hard Day's Night" single for 75p!!! Talk about a bargain

If you live in Manchester you should visit all the vinyl shops in the Northern Quarter, they are brilliant!
